Sarcoma UK Family and Carers Survey 2025

This questionnaire is about your experience as a family member or carer for someone with sarcoma. Its purpose is to provide information, which can help Sarcoma UK monitor and improve the future quality of health services for people with sarcoma. If you are bereaved, we would still appreciate your views if you feel able to share them.

The survey should take around 20 minutes to answer. Please work through the survey by reading each question and selecting the most appropriate answer. Any question you don't wish to answer can be left blank.

This questionnaire should be answered by you, as the family member or carer of a person with sarcoma. If you need help to complete the questionnaire, the answers should be given from your point of view – not the point of view of the person helping.

The survey will close on Monday 31st March 2025.

What will we do with this information?

We will be publishing a report on the findings from the survey later this year. The findings will help us understand which areas of sarcoma care are working well, and where it needs to be improved. With this information, we can work towards giving people affected by sarcoma better support in the areas they need it most. In addition, this data will give us strong evidence that we can use to campaign for change in government policy and NHS sarcoma care.

We understand that sharing personal experiences related to sarcoma can be sensitive and potentially upsetting. If you need support, or have any questions about sarcoma or sarcoma care, please consider reaching out to the Sarcoma UK support line through:
